Welcome to Servv™ (referred to as “Servv,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, applications, and services (“Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Use
To use Servv, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. By using our Services, you confirm that all information you provide is true, accurate, and complete, and that you will keep it up to date.

If you create an account on Servv, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Servv is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your login information.
3. License and Access
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our Services for your personal or business use in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
- Resell or distribute our Services without written permission;
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software;
- Use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
4. Intellectual Property
All content and materials on Servv.ai, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, text, software, and features, are the property of Servv or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our Services without prior written consent.
5. User Content and Conduct
You are responsible for the content you upload or submit through Servv. You agree not to post or share any content that:
- Is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable;
- Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others;
- Contains malware or harmful code.
Servv reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate at our sole discretion.
6. Payment and Subscription Terms
If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to our pricing and billing terms as set forth at the time of your order. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable, except as required by law or as explicitly stated otherwise.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Services.
7. Third-Party Services
Servv may integrate with third-party services such as Zoom, Shopify, or social media platforms. We are not responsible for the practices or policies of these third parties. Use of those services is subject to their terms of use and privacy policies.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease.
9. Disclaimers
Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that our Services will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. We make no warranties regarding the reliability or accuracy of the content or services provided.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Servv shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for the use of the Services during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Servv, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
